硫酸铜蒸发后液冷却结晶的改进

摘    要:贵冶电解车间硫酸铜生产工艺在2002年进行了第一次连续化改造,取得了较好的效果,但也暴露出一些问题,如冷却效率低、结晶缸搅拌浆故障率高等。针对这些问题,2004年对硫酸铜的结晶工序进行了改进,取得了预期的效果。

Abstract:The copper sulfate production process in the tank house of the copper refinery was modified on continuity for first time in 2002 with a good resuh achieved. But meanwhile, some problems appeared later such as low cooling efficiency and high failure at the agitators in the cooling tank. So, it~ cooling and crystallizing process was modified in 2004 to solve such problems.
