功率超声防除换热设备的积垢原理及其工业应用的研究

摘    要:换热设备的积垢问题是科学研究及工程应用领域的一个重要研究课题,换热设备积垢的形成,影响热能利用和生产正常运转,增加生产成本。通过研究,进一步表明了超声波防除积垢的机理,筛选出最佳的声场参数,研制出一种新型的超声波防除积垢设备。工厂试验结果表明,超声波技术具有防除积垢的作用,能显著提高蒸发系统的蒸发强度,减少清洗次数及化学清洗剂的使用,延长换热设备的使用寿命,降低环境的污染。

Abstract:Scale deposition is a hot issue and difficult problem for researchers. When scale grows, theutilization of heat power becomes lower and the operations are going to be abnormal, which increasesthe production cost. In our study, a scale inhibitive mechanism was revealed and the ultrasonicparameters were optimized. In addition, a novel type of ultrasonic equipment was devised. The factory-scale experiment results showed that the ultrasonic technique could prevent scale from appearance,increase the evaporation rate of evaporation system remarkably, decrease clearing times of the heattransfer equipment and consumption of chemical cleaning agent and prolong the life expectance ofequipment without chemical pollution.
