某铜硫矿优先浮选工艺研究

摘    要:依据矿石性质进行了详细的条件试验,最终采用以WT为捕收剂的优先浮选工艺流程,并以闭路试验进行了验证.在原矿含铜1.12%、含硫20.14%的情况下,可获得含铜24.2%、铜回收率为95.29%的铜精矿以及含硫46.65%、硫回收率为86.88%的硫精矿,选别效果较好.

Abstract:According to the characters of a Cu-S ore,a great deal of condition flotation had been done.When using WT as collectors and adopting the differential flotation process,the copper concentrate of Cu 24.2% with a recovery of 95.29% and the sulphur concentrate of S 46.65% with a recovery of 86.88% were obtained at a feed ore containing 1.12% Cu and 20.14% S.
