基于虚拟仪器技术的钢丝绳无损定量检测系统设计

摘    要:针对目前国内外广泛使用的钢丝绳检测方法的弊端,本文介绍一种采用单片机与工业控制计算机联合检测的方案。图形化编程语言LabVIEW作为开发平台,详细介绍了TCK传感器的原理和系统软硬件设计思想。结果表明该方案不仅是可行的,而且充分利用了LabVIEW和单片机的优点,方便了编程并缩短了产品开发周期。

Abstract:In view of the disadvantages of in present wire rope detection in both domestic and foreign,this paper introduces a design that makes full use of MCU and industrial control computer.It presents the TCK sensor's principle and the system software and hardware design concept in detail,and with graphical programming language NI Lab VIEW as a development platform.The results show that the program is not only feasible,but also makes full use of the advantages of MCU and LabVIEW,convenient programming and shorten the product development cycle.
