摘    要:介绍了CHZ-4催化剂在渣油催化裂化装置上的工业应用过程,对使用期间的原料性质、产品分布、汽油质量及平衡催化剂性质变化进行了分析探讨。使用结果表明,当CHZ-4催化剂占系统平衡剂藏量的50%~55%时,可掺炼45.67%的渣油和16%焦化蜡油,该剂具有较强的重油裂解能力与抗重金属污染能力,并有良好的产品分布,干气、焦炭选择性与对比国产超稳剂相当,由于提高装置掺渣率而增加了炼油厂经济效益。

Abstract:Commercial application of CHZ-4, a kind of RFCC catalyst, was introduced. The feed property, product slate, naphtha property and the change of the equilibrium catalyst property were studied and discussed. The results showed that when CHZ-4 catalyst reached 50% - 55% of the inventory of equilibrium catalyst, the unit processed 45. 67% residue oil and 16% coker gas oil. The catalyst showed better bottoms crackability, better heavy metal tolerance and good product distribution. The coke and dry gas selectivities were equivalent to those of domestic USY catalysts. Since the resid blending was increased, so higher economic benefit was obtained.
