| Abstract: | This paper presents the design and practice of a real time information and computer management system for water flow measurement and analyses the difference in the application program designing method between windows and DOS as well as describes the idea of designing the application software and its main points,together with the principle and method of the rear platform measurement performed by a computer.The paper also gives out the design of a hardware system and a simple effective hysteresis jitter eliminating circuit. |
