| 摘 要： | 分析了石化用HP45Mod.Nb裂解炉管的焊接性,制定了一套合理的焊接工艺,采用NiR82焊丝手工钨极氩弧焊打底、HPNb焊丝填充并盖面,成功焊接了外径126mm、壁厚15mm的HP45Mod.Nb裂解炉管,并对焊接接头进行了常温和高温力学性能测试和微观组织分析。

| Abstract: | The weldability of HP 45 Mod.Nb cracking-furnace tube for petrochemical use was analyzed, and a set of reasonable welding procedure was drawn up. The HP 45 Mod.Nb cracking-furnace tube with thickness of 15mm and outer diameter of 126mm were butt-welded using a combined process. The root passes were welded by manual TIG with nickel based wire NiR82, the subsequent filling and the top passes with wire HPNb. The mechanical properties and the microstructures of the weld joints were examined.The testing and evaluating results show that the quality of the joint welded by the processes can perfectely satisfy the design specification. |
