电镀铬液中铬酸酐含量的快速测定

摘    要:电镀铬液中铬酸酐的含量需要经常分析测定,传统的碘量法操作时间长,步骤较多,不利于快速测定,本文介绍1种以邻二氮菲作为指示剂,用硫酸亚铁作标准溶剂的直接滴定法,当滴定时溶液的颜色由不很明显的土黄色,经过绿色,蓝色,转变为深红色时,即为反应终点,该法无论对高浓度,中浓度,还是低浓度的电镀铬液,均有较高的准确度与精密度,适用于铬酸酐含量的快速测定。文章对测定条件,电镀液中三价铬离子的测定进行了分析讨论。

Abstract:The quantity of chromic anhydride (CrO 3) must be often determined in chromium electroplating bath solution.The traditional method (iodimetry) was too complex to determine it quickly. A direct titration method was introduced in this paper. It used o-phenanthroline as indicator and ferrous sulfate as standard solution. The accuracy and precision were good to any concentration of the solution .It was applicable for quick determination. The condition of determination and the determination of Cr 3+ in the solution were discussed.
