PES制膜体系亚层形成机理的研究

摘    要:在Strathmann等人∧[1]提出的诱导期概念的基础上,对PES制膜体系的亚层形成机理进行研究,进一步阐明:成膜过程中由于诱导期的影响使后生成的核比先生成的核的生长滞后,从而导致核有生长存在“先核生长优势”,并采用两步分相∧[2~4]、控速凝胶等实验方法对PES制膜体系成膜过程中的凝胶行为进行研究,从非溶剂进行膜液的角度,借助提出的先核生长优势概念对成膜结构做出了解释。

Abstract:Based on the concept of incubation time proposed by Sthrathmannetc, a model of the effect of “predominance on the growth of preformed nucleus” was proposed considering the retarded growth of the subsequent nuclei compared with the preformed ones. The methods of two-step phase separation and speed-controlled gelation were applied to prepare the membranes. From the point of the nonsolvent inflow to polymer solution and by the proposed effect of predominance on the growth of preformed nucleus, the membrane structures were explained.
