原油蒸馏装置改造中电脱盐工艺技术的优化及新型缓蚀剂的应用

在中国石油化工股份有限公司上海高桥分公司Ⅲ套常减压蒸馏装置由2.5 Mt/a扩大至8.0 Mt/a的改造中,通过方案论证,选用了国产交直流电脱盐装置,并根据蒸馏装置的具体情况对电脱盐装置进行了改进;另外在塔顶挥发线试用了BC-951型新型中和缓蚀剂,代替了原使用的7019型缓蚀剂和氨。从蒸馏装置改造后初步运转情况看,原油脱后盐含量达到了指标(<3 mg/L)要求(改造前不能达标),新型缓蚀剂效果好且更经济。

OPTIMIZATION OF ELECTRIC DESALTING PROCESS AND APPLICATION OF NEW CORROSION INHIBITOR IN THE CRUDE ATMOSPHERIC AND VACUUM DISTILLATION UNIT REVAMPING

Domestic alternating-direct current electric desalter has been selected in the capacity expansion of the third atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit from 50 000 b/d to 160 000 b/d for Caoqiao Company after the scheme demonstration and the electric desalting process has been improved based on the concrete conditions of the unit. In addition, corrosion inhibitor 7019 and ammonia used in the overhead volatile pipeline have been replaced by the new neutralizing corrosion inhibitor BC-951. After revamping, preliminary running of the unit shows that salt content target of the desalted crude ( < 3 mg/L) has been met and the new corrosion inhibitor has a better effect and more economic benefits.
