| 摘 要： | 基于ANSYS概率分析模块,根据应力-强度干涉理论,对卡箍型快开盲板盖可靠度进行了分析计算。计算过程中,考虑主要参数的不确定性,如压力、材料的屈服点等,依据随机变量各自分布类型,采用Monte Carlo方法进行抽样处理,使计算得到的盲板盖的可靠度更加符合实际情况。

| Abstract: | Analyzed and calculated the reliability of the head of the clip-type quick open blind plate based on ANSYS probability analysis mod- ular and stress-intensity interference theory. During the process of calculation, consider the uncertainty of main parameters,such as pres- sure,yield strength,etc.,adopt Monte Carlo method to sample random variable in response to the type of their own distribution so as to make the calculation result more reliable. |
