纺丝机高频加热器温度控制系统的设计与开发

摘    要:在纺丝机改造专利技术的基础上,设计了纺丝机喷丝板高频加热器温度控制系统.系统以AT89C52为微控制器,通过PT100检测温度,用TLC1543将其转换为数字信号,得到喷丝板实际温度,最后通过PID调节控制高频加热器.介绍了系统中各单元的具体实现,并给出系统的硬件框图和软件框图,设计中考虑了EMC(电磁兼容)问题.经过整体测试,系统控制精确、工作稳定可靠,达到了设计要求.
