低矿化度清水脱氧站的适用性评价

摘    要:依据喇嘛甸油田4座低矿化度清水脱氧站均未投运,但聚合物驱油效果并没有受到影响的实际情况,从室内及现场两方面开展了试验。通过试验证明,低矿化度清水脱氧与否对聚合物溶液粘度及驱油效果没有明显影响。同时脱氧站在运行过程中亦曝露出其工艺设备、脱氧塔填料等问题。通过含氧量对聚合物溶液注入粘度及在油层中抗降解能力的影响研究,从经济效益的角度评价建立脱氧站的必要性,为低矿化度清水是否需要脱氧提供依据。

Abstract:According to the circumstances that the four low mineralization clea n water deoxidization stations do not put into operation and it has not influenc ed to the polymer drive result,the authors develop indoor and field tests.The t ests show that there is no clear effect to the viscosity of polymer solution whe ther the water deoxidizes or not.At the same time the deoxidization station expo sed the problems of its technology devices and the fillers of the deoxidization tower.
