基于ANSYS的桥梁检测车检测臂有限元分析

摘    要:为了分析检测臂的结构性能,用ANSYS对检测臂进行了有限元分析,通过分析检测臂受力及位移变化情况来验证检测臂结构安全性。同时对检测臂进行了模态分析,测出了其固有频率和结构振型,为检测车工作时的稳定性要求提供了参考。

Abstract:In order to analyze the structural properties of detection arm, finite element analysis of the detection arm is carried out by using ANSYS. By analyzing the force and displacement variation of detection arm, its structural security is verified. Meanwhile, the modal analysis is used to test the detection arm's natural frequency and structural vibration modes, which provides a reference for the stability test of the bridge inspection vehicle.
