| 摘 要： | 探讨了虚拟制造技术中数控车床几何仿真的几大关键模块;结合计算机图形技术和仿真技术,采用VC＋ ＋软件实现了一套用于教学的数控车床三维仿真系统.该系统具有类似于真实数控车床操作面板的界面和相似的操作流程,能够检验数控程序的正确性和动态仿真加工过程.

| Abstract: | Based on NC lathe's research,the article analyses several critical modules of geometry simulation and develops a three-dimensional simulation system with VC 6.0.The Control pane and operation process of the system is similar to the real lathe.The system can check the validity of NC program and simulate cutting process. |
