| 摘 要： | 以粘上熟料为主要原料,同时加入硅微粉、铝酸钙水泥、钾长石、瓷粉等制备耐碱浇注料,研究了硅微粉加入量对水泥窑用耐碱浇注料的抗折强度、耐压强度、线变化率的影响。结果表明:添加5％的硅微粉,能明显改善耐碱浇注料的使用性能。

| Abstract: | Taking sintered clay as main raw material and adding in silica micro-powder, aluminate cement, potash feldspar and ceramic powder etc., alkali resistant casting refractory can be prepared. Study on influence of silica micro-powder adding quantity on flexural strength, compression strength and linear changing rate of alkali resistant casting refractory has been done. Result shows that adding in 5% of silica micro-powder can improve the utilizing property of alkali resistant casting refractory apparently. |
