摘    要:中国石油辽阳石化分公司烯烃厂裂解装置扩能200Kt/a后更换了一台丙烯制冷压缩机,工作点和介质状态的变化会使压缩机发生喘振,喘振是必须避免的现象,该台压缩机的喘振控制系统采用开环和闭环结合变极限的控制方式,当实际入口流量距喘振的极限点较远时采用闭环PI控制,否则切断闭环输出,控制器立即采用阶跃式的输出迅速打开防喘振控制...
