摘    要:文章以某电解铝厂铸造车间信息化改造为背景,介绍了InTouch9.5和IAS2.0的特点和基于InTouch9.5与IAS2.0的监控系统的设计,重点介绍了硬件架构的实现和上下位机通信的设置.实践证明,该系统人机界面友好,操作方便,安全稳定.

Abstract:On the basis of renovation of informatization for foundry of aluminium electrolysis,the article introduces the feature of InTouch9.5 and IAS2.0 with design of monitored control system based on InTouch9.5 and IAS2.0.It introduces especially realization of hardware platform and settings of the communication between host computer and PLC.The result proves that the system has characteristics such as friendly human machine interface,operation easily,safety and stabilization.
