摘    要:设计并制造了不同类型的多惯性通道型液阻悬置试件,对其动特性进行了实验测试。分析了多惯性通道型液阻悬置的用途,建立了不同类型多惯性通道型液阻悬置的集总参数模型,给出了其动刚度、滞后角的计算方法和滞后角峰值频率的计算公式。计算了多惯性通道型液阻悬置的动态特性,并和实验值进行了对比。文中的分析方法和结论对被动式液阻悬置和半主动式液阻悬置的设计与开发具有指导意义。

Abstract:Different samples of Hydraulic Engine Mounts(HEM) are designed and manufactured, and their dynamic characteristics are measured with the MTS 831 servo-controlled hydraulic test rig.The application cases of the HEMs with Multiple Inertia Tracks(MIT)are analyzed.The linear and nonlinear Lumped Parameter(LP) models for different types of HEMs wiht MITs are proposed.The methods for the calculation of the dynamic stiffness and loss angle are presented using the nonlinear LP models.The formulae for estimating peak frequency of the loss angle for the HEMs with MITs are derived from the linear LP models.The dynamic properties of the HEMs are estimated with the LP models,and the predicted results have a good agreement with the experimental data,which validate the proposed LP models and the analytical formulae for calculating the frequency of the peak loss angle.The influences of the numbers and the sizes of the inertia tracks on the dynamic properties of HEMs can be analyzed with the proposed LP models,which makes that the dynamic characteristic analysis and design optimization of an HEM can be performed before its prototype developemnt,and this can ensure its high quality and low cost in product development of a passive and a semi-active HEM.
