摘    要:针对故障分析电抗继电器判所出现的“同相问题”,在研究高阻接地故障特征的基础上,提出了几个新的切换判据,构成了2种完整的新型故障分量电抗继电器;双电抗元件故障分量电抗继电器和双参考量故障分量电抗继电器,完全克服了“同相问题”。该文还对继电器的一些静态特性做了较全面的分析和讨论。

Abstract:Based on the theoretical analysis of high-resistance earth-fault characteristics of HV/EHV transmission line, two kinds of new type earth-fault reactance relays based on fault-component are proposed in this paper, these relays can overcome the overreach problem existed in the earth-fault distance protection with excellent performance within the protective zone. The steady-state characteristics of these protective relays are studied thoroughly in the paper.
