云南高职人才培养与就业现状的相关分析及策略研究

利用2008年民盟云南省委"云南省高职院校毕业生就业情况调研与分析"课题成果,考察了云南省高职教育发展中存在的问题,认为高职办学机制以及人才培养的结构、质量不能适应经济社会发展的需要,是影响高职毕业生就业的主要原因。在此基础上就我省高职院校毕业生培养策略进行深入探讨,提出政府应当尽快建立职业教育统筹协调机构,改善职业教育管理条块分割严重的局面;教育行政主管部门应加强宏观调控;各高职院校以就业和社会需求为导向深化教育教学改革的政策意见和建议。

The Correlation Analysis and Strategic Studies on Higher Vocational Personnel Training and Employment in Ynnan

Utilization the task of＂Investigation and analysis of graduates employment in Yunnan higher vocational colleges＂ from Yunan China Domocratic League in 2008,the paper examines the existing issues in the development of higher vocational education in Yunnan Province,points out that the main reasons to affect vocational graduates employment are the vocational educational system as well as personnel training structure and quality,for which can not meet the economic and social development.On the base of it,the paper studies graduates training strategies in Yunan higher vocational colleges,proposes that the government should build a overall coordinating body for vocational education to improve the serious situation to manage separately,the educational administratve department should strengthen macro-control;the vocational colleges should deepen education reform based on employment and social needs.
