丙酮缩二乙醇的合成工艺改进

摘    要:以原甲酸三乙酯为解水试剂,以氯化铵为催化剂,由无水乙醇和丙酮缩合制得丙酮缩二乙醇。通过单因素条件实验方法考察该反应,得到了适宜的工艺条件:丙酮26g(0.45mol),原甲酸三乙酯74g(0.5mol),乙醇75mL,氯化铵0.72g(0.0135mol),回流下反应3h,收率为77.5%。

Abstract:2,2-Diethoxypropane was prepared by acetone and anhydrous alcohol under triethyl or- thoformate as dehydration agent and ammonium chloride as catalyst.Effects of reaction condition on the condenstion were investigated,according to the method of single factor test.The preferably condition was that acetone 26 g (0.45 mol),triethyl orthofomate 74 g (0.50 mol),alcohol 75 mL and ammonium chloride 0.72 g were reacted under reflux for 3 h.The yield was 77.5%.
