| 摘 要： | 采用三维有限元方法分析研究4个种植体(种植体颈部之间加连接板)穿通下颌骨时，骨界面的应力分布，对比在下颌骨的下表面不加连接板与加连接板两种情况，探讨种植体穿通下颌骨对骨界面应力分布的影响计算。结果表明下颌骨的下表面加连接板可以减小骨界面的应力，有利于下颌的受力。

| Abstract: | In order to explore the effect on the stress distribution within bone surrounding implants with a plate under the lower margin of mandible, the author compared the stress magnitudes around the four implants with a plate and without a plate under the lower margin of mandible . The results indicated with a plate under the lower margin of mandible the stress around the implants can be minimized. It can improve the stress distribution of the mandible. |
