大型预焙铝电解槽槽寿命延长的途径

摘    要:主要阐述了关铝公司190kA大型预焙阳极铝电解槽在侧部早期破损后的修补方法——侧部炭块重塑法。应用此方法在不停槽的情况下,经小修后电解槽运行平稳,槽寿命平均延长350d,具有一定的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:Arepairing method for carbon sidewall of 190 kA prebaked anode cell, named reshaping of carbon sidewall, was discussed in the paper. The method can be operated during cell operating without stopping the cell. After repairing , the pots ran stably and their service life prolonged 350 days in average and economical benefits were obtained.
