钢渣基微晶玻璃的制备与显微结构分析

摘    要:利用钢渣进行热态浇注成型和一定的热处理 ,获得钢渣基的微晶玻璃样品。对样品进行了X 衍射分析、电子探针和扫描电镜分析 ,确定其主晶相为透灰石 (CaMg(SiO3 ) 2 ) ,晶粒形貌为叶片状 ,且叶片中有粗糙的针状的分支 ,晶粒的尺寸约为 7μm。

Abstract:The slag-based glass-ceramics can be obtained by the molten steel slag casting process and the heat treatment process.The slag-based glass-ceramic samples have bean analyzed by XRD,electrical probe,and SEM.The results show that dominant crystalline phase is diopside[CaMg(SiO-3)-2];and the shape of the diopside is like the leaves,with the coarse,needle-like branches;and the sizes of the crystals are about 7m.
