摘    要:应用渐开线-摆线复合齿轮作为采煤机的行走部,系统地阐述其形成原理及求出齿廓方程。同时利用齿廓法线法得出与该复合齿轮相配套的销轨齿廓方程。针对实际工况,对复合齿轮与销轨正确啮合状态进行分析,为实现高产、高效奠定基础。

Abstract:Applied the inviolate - cycloid compound gear as the walking organization for shearer, systematically elaborated it which formed the principle and extracted the tooth profile equation. Meanwhile obtained the tooth profile equation of pin - track by the tooth profile normal law which matched the inviolate - cycloid compound gear. In view of the actual operating mode, analyzed the correct meshing condition to the compound gear and the pin- track, in order to realize the high production and highly effective has laid the foundation.
