摘    要:从金属化织物屏蔽材料的角度主要介绍了圣麻纤维与不锈钢纤维以68∶32(质量比)的高比例进行防辐射混纺纱线的开发与研究,分析了圣麻纤维与不锈钢纤维的主要性能特点,探讨了纺纱工艺流程及各工序的工艺配置,讨论了提高成纱质量的一些关键技术措施。

Abstract:The development and research of blended radiation yarn with Shengma fber and stainless steel fiber were mainly introduced from the metalized fabric shielding material, which Shengma fiber and stainless steel fiber were blended in the high ratio of 68:32. And the characteristics of the Shengma fber and stainless steel fiber were analyzed, the spinning processes and processes' configuration were discussed, and some key technical measures to improve the quality of yarn were discussed
