S84井四开超压差钻井技术

摘    要:S8 4井由于地质资料缺乏 ,预测的地层压力与实际地层压力相差甚远 ,致使四开井段产生超压差 (达2 5 MPa) ,常规钻井技术已无法维持正常钻进。在选用特殊钻具组合 ,并采取了一系列工程技术措施后 ,顺利钻至设计井深。该井的成功 ,为日后处理超压差提供了借鉴。

Abstract:On account of lack of geologic data, the predicting formation pressure is far from the real one so that the overbalanced pressure in the fourth spud reaches 25 MPa. This makes it difficult to perform normal drilling. The designed depth is penetrated smoothly with special drill assembly and by taking a series of engineering technical measures. Success in this well provides a reference for the later similar operations.
