电除尘器的改造方案

摘    要:由于我国《水泥工业大气污染物排放标准》有关粉尘排放标准的提高,国内不少水泥工业电除尘器都远远达不到新标准的排放要求,须对电除尘器进行改造。在原电除尘器的基础上增加收尘极板面积、改变极配方式、更换性能优良的高压电源及采用移动电极的改造方案能够提升原电除尘器的除尘效果。电除尘器改造为LJP组合式袋除尘器和电除尘器改造为电袋复合除尘器也在生产中验证了好的收尘效果,目前也已经形成了比较成熟的技术。

Abstract:With the improvement of dust emissionrequirement stipulated in 《Emission Standard of AirPollutants for Cement Industry》, many ESP(electrostaticprecipitator) working in domestic cement plants can not meetthe updated emission request, which means their ESP must bereformed to attain new standard. Several kinds of reformationschemes to ESP are described in this paper. The dustcollecting efficiency of ESP can be improved by means ofincreasing the areas of collection plate, using plates with highdischarging performance, adopting high voltage powersource with advanced performance, and applying the movableplate in ESP etc. The reformation scheme for LJPcombinatory bag filter and electrostatic-bag combinedprecipitator are also discussed, for which good dedustingeffect has been obtained in practical operations, and maturedtechnology has been reached.
