论我国水泥工业NO_x的减排

我国水泥工业的NOx排放量目前已经达到NOx排放总量的10%,水泥业NOx的排放已经越来越受到重视,现行水泥工业NOx排放800 mg/Nm3的国家标准应该修订。NOx排放标准的修订可以借鉴参考欧盟和德日美发达国家的标准。水泥企业应结合自身情况,优化稳定全窑系统,尽可能将NOx降低,如果还需要进一步削减NOx排放,再选择装设脱硝装置。

On the NO_x emission reduction for domestic cement industry (OS)

At present,NOx emission quantity fromcement industry has accounted for 10% of the total domestic NOx emission quantity,to which more and more attention has been paid in cement trade.The existent state standard which allows the NOx emission density limitation of 800 mg/Nm3 for cement industry should be revised,and the revision work for NOx emission allowance can be done referred-to the standards in developed countries like Germany,Japan USA and other developed European countries etc.Depending on the practical conditions,cement enterprises themselves should optimize and stabilize their kiln system operation,to reduce NOx emission as far as possible.If the NOx emission need to be further reduced,denitration devices could be equipped.
