摘    要:<正>酸奶因其营养价值高、口感好、低乳糖易于亚洲人群吸收等特质,已经受到越来越多国人的青睐。国外市场的酸奶占液态奶的比重大约为40%,而我国则一直徘徊在15%左右。巨大的市场潜力、较高的毛利率,使饱受白奶价格战之苦的乳品企业纷纷加大了对酸奶的投资力度,“酸奶快跑”正成为乳业发展的亮点,2005年甚至被业界称为“酸奶年”。

Retrospect Chinese Yogurt Market in 2005
Abstract:For high nutritional value,good mouth feeling,low lactose and other special characteristics,yogurt is more and more popular in Asian crowd.The proportion of yogurt occupied the liquid milk is probably 40% in foreign market,while that paces back and forth continuously about 15% in our country.The giant market potential and high benefit caused enterprises fully suffered the bitter in the white milk price war to enlarge the yogurt investment dynamics in abundance.“Yogurt ranning quickly”is becoming the luminescent spot in the dairying development and 2005 was even called“the yogurt year”by the field. The summary is foundation of the enhancement.Only knowing clearly of past changes time market as well as reasons of these changes can the related enterprises on the industrial chain adroitly guide action according to circumstances and win to take the initiative opportunity.One point needs to be emphasized that our analysis mainly based on the terminal real monitor data from thousand samples spots of distributed retails in each place.If our conclusion differs from the present understanding, maybe it is precisely the value of our working.
