| 摘 要： | 拥塞管理和拥塞避免机制实现网络IP服务质量(QoS)保证。该文以立足改善吞吐率、满足QoS需求和公平服务为特点出发,综合宽带IP的最新进展,对QOS涉及的参数进行定量分析,这对组建未来通信网将发挥重要的作用。
