错位翅片板翅式换热器传热研究

摘    要:紧凑式换热器的换热能力是通过翅片的扩展面和翅片对流体的扰流能力决定的,通过对错位翅片型板翅换热器的传热机理分析得出:错位翅片的相错排列翅片使流体在一个翅片上的边界层还未完全发展就被错位的翅片破坏,从而增强了流体的湍流能力。采用计算机编程对错位翅片型板翅换热器的传热固子、摩擦因子及翅片结构对传热性能影响进行了数值模拟对比研究。结果表明,错位翅片型板翅换热器是一种传热效率高、占用空间小、节省材料的新型换热器。在实际应用中为了有效的发挥错位翅片的作用,使其有较高的翅片效率,在需要较大传热系数的场合,选用高度小、翅片厚度大、有效长度短、间距小的翅片;相反,在需要传热系数较小场合以选用高度大、翅片厚度小、有效长度长、间距大的翅片为宜。

Abstract:The heat - transfer capacity of compact heat exchanger depends on the extended surface and the ability to disturb fluid. A conclusion is drawn after analyzing heat - transfer mechanism of offset strip fin heat exchanger: alternative arrangement of offset strip fin destroyed the boundary layer which is not full development on fin, which enhance the ability of fluid to be turbulence. Contrastive simulation research on heat - transfer factor, friction factor and fin structure of offset strip fin heat exchanger affect heat - transfer property by compiling computer programs. The result shows that the offset strip fin heat exchanger is a new - type and high - efficiency exchanger which is higher heat transfer efficiency, more compact and more saving material. In practical applications, in order to make good use of offset strip fin, the fin that is lower high, lower louver length and space and more thickness should be chosen when a big coefficient of heat transfer is needed. On the contrary, the fin that is bigger high, longer louver length and space and lower thickness should be chosen when a small coefficient of heat - transfer is needed.
