| 摘 要： | 通过数据,分析了汽车注塑模具业的发展现状及前景;从模具开发技术的角度出发,分析了计算机辅助工程CAE(computer aided engineering)技术在注塑模具开发中的功用;以典型的汽车塑料饰件为例,介绍了CAE技术在注塑模具结构设计及注塑工艺优化中的应用。

| Abstract: | The current situation and development prospect of injection mold of automobiles are analyzed based on data.From the view of injection molds' production,the functions of computer aided engineering(CAE) are analyzed.Taking some automobiles' plastic decorations as examples,applications of CAE technology to the optimization of the injection molds' structures and techniques are introduced. |
