| 摘 要： | 企业党校是全国党校体系不可或缺的部分，但目前大多数是地位不明确，作用在下降。企业党校取消独立建制融入企业新的教育培训机构将成为主流。新形势下如何继续办好企业党校，是亟待解决的实践课题。企业党校必须主动适应国有企业深化改革、整合内部教育资源的新形势，坚持找准一个定位，大力加强两项建设，始终抓好三项管理。
