| Abstract: | The Obama Government of the United States made aggressive effort to promote clean energy industries which are regarded as key to fight against economic crisis and to maintain world leadership. This paper describes the priorities of the clean energy industry of the United States, the policies and strategic measures to foster this industry, and policy proposals are presented for China. |
