| Abstract: | In this paper,the importance of tip for scanning tunneling microscopy was summarized and all kinds of technology for preparing tip was summed up. Then through analyzing theory of electrochemical corrosion and design of electro circuit, the preparetion of tip W and alloy of Pt - Ir was emphasized introduced. |
