| 摘 要： | 贸易自由化对可持续发展原则的实施,既具有积极作用,又可能产生消极影响.问题的关键在于在坚持贸易自由化的前提下，国际社会应努力使国际贸易规则同环境保护政策相互协调，从而实现贸易与环境的相互支持。

| Abstract: | To practice the sustainable development principle, the liberalization of trade may have not only the active influences but also the negative influences. On the premise of adhering to the liberalization of trade, the international society should make great efforts coordinate the rules of the international trade and the policies of the environment protection so that the mutual support of the trade and environment could be realized. |
