| 摘 要： | 以UG/Post Builder 3.4为研究对象,在深入了解UG/Post Builder 3.4后处理方法后,通过对华中世纪星21/22M四轴加工中心系统的分析,开发出了适合华中世纪星21/22M四轴加工中心系统的后置处理程序。使用结果表明:该后置处理文件直接生成的NC代码,符合华中世纪星21/22M四轴加工中心系统的要求,且使用效果良好。

| Abstract: | To research UG/Post Builder 3.4 for the object,after well knowing the method of the UG/Post Builder 3.4 post-processing,through analyzing Huazhong 21/22M Four-axis CNC system,a suitable Huazhong 21/22M Four-axis CNC system post-processing program was developed.The result of application shows that the NC code directly generated by post-processing files is in accord with Huazhong 21/22M Four-axis CNC requirements.It is proven from practice that it works well. |
