棉浆粕黑液改性氨基磺酸系高效减水剂的研究

摘    要:利用棉籽粕黑液对传统氨基磺酸系高效减水剂中进行改性,研究了其改性工艺,结果表明较佳的改性工艺条件为:n(对氨基苯磺酸钠)∶n(苯酚)∶n(甲醛)=1∶2∶5.5,棉籽粕黑液质量占对氨基苯磺酸钠与苯酚总质量百分数的10%,反应时间5 h,反应pH值9,反应温度90℃左右。改性产物的分散性能较未改性产物略有下降,但保水性能明显改善。

Abstract:A method of preparation modified aminosulfonic-based superplasticizer using cotton pulp black liquor was discussed.The result indicates that the bettermodified technological conditions were as follow:n(sodium sulfanilate)∶n(phenol)∶n(formaldehyde)=1∶2∶5.5,mass percent of cotton pulp black liquor 10%,reaction time 5 h,reaction temperature 90 ℃ and pH 9.The modified product had a little worse dispersing capability than unmodified one,but its bleeding rate decreased apparently.
