汽车电泳涂装RoDip-3系统与摆杆链系统的施工性能差异

摘    要:比较了RoDip-3电泳涂装系统与摆杆链式电泳涂装系统的施工性能差异。采用RoDip-3系统车身电泳漆膜均一性好,解决了车顶部内表面有气泡、内腔膜厚偏薄、泳透力差等问题,避免了夹缝带入清洗液造成电泳车身二次流痕,减小了电泳打磨对整车涂层防腐性能的影响,有利于环境保护。

Abstract:This article has compared the difference between application performance of RoDip-3 and pendulum chain electrodeposition systems.It is shown that RoDip-3 system will give an uniform film for car body,overcome the problems of bubbles on interior top surface,thinner film in inner cavities and lower throwing power,avoid the second sagging marks on car body because of leaking of cleaning liquid through slotted sections,reduce the influence of additional sanding on corrosion protection performance of the car bodies,and helpful to the environment protection.
