| 摘 要： | 分析了接插件引线脚的成形工艺,介绍了冲压零件的排样设计及凸模刃口外形的分割方式,确定了多工位级进模的总体结构。模具包括冲裁、弯曲、整形、冷镦、压印等多道成形工序,模具结构设计合理,自动化程度高,可为类似零件的模具设计提供参考。

| Abstract: | The forming process for a socket connector pin was analyzed.A multiposition progressive die was developed;and the layout design and division way of punch cutting edge were determined.The general structure of the die consists of several forming procedures,which cover blanking,bending,sizing,cold heading and coining. |
