虚拟合模在汽车模具研合中的应用

利用AutoForm及Jstamp模拟分析软件,引入虚拟合模概念,通过CAE分析板料在成形过程中各区域的变薄情况,模拟模具闭合过程,预先补偿模具零件型面对应的板料变薄区域,实现模具零件各区域型面同时接触板料,减少钳工的研合打磨区域及打磨量,提升研合效率、缩短研合周期。

Application of virtual closing-die in grinding process of automotive die

Using AutoForm and Jstamp simulation software, the concept of virtual closing-die was introduced.The thinning situation of the sheet metal in the forming process was analyzed by CAE and the die closing process was simulated to pre-compensatethe thinning are acorresponding to the surface of the die part. It realized that the die profile was simultaneously contacted to the material and the grinding was reduced, which shortene the dgrinding time.
