侧吹熔池熔炼废线路板工艺及装置

摘    要:通过分析国内外处置废线路板技术的优缺点,提出了采用侧吹熔池熔炼技术协同处置废线路板,分析了该技术在处理废线路板等含铜多金属固废上的技术优势,详细描述了协同处置工艺流程、工艺特点及侧吹炉结构特征,侧吹熔池熔炼废线路板具有原料适应性强、能耗低、环境友好及金属回收率高等技术特点。

Abstract:Advantages and disadvantages of disposing of waste circuit board technology domestic and abroad were analyzed. Side-blown bath smelting process to treat waste circuit board is presented. Technical advantages of this technology in dealing with copper-bearing multi-metal solid waste such as waste circuit boards were analyzed. Co-processing process, technology characteristics and structural characteristics of side-blown furnace were described in detail. Treatment of waste circuit board by side-blown bath smelting process has the characteristics of strong material adaptability, low energy consumption, environmental friendliness and high metal recovery rate.
