摘    要:以优化细薄异形长条电镀产品的变形为例,阐述了MPI/Fill的作用,通过应用Autodesk Moldflow软件对成型产品的填充时间、注射压力、熔体前沿温度、V/P转换时压力分布、压力注射位置时曲线、熔接痕、翘曲变形等进行模拟和流动分析,结果显示Autodesk Moldflow技术在模具开发过程中可以预测和解决产品的变形问题。

Abstract:Taking the deformation of irregular long thin electroplating product as an example,the role of MPI/Fill was elaborated in detail. The simulation and flow analysis was performed byapplying Autodesk Moldflow software from the aspects of the filling time, injection pressure, melt front temperature, pressure distribution at V/P conversion, curve at injection position, welding mark, warping deformation. The results showed that the Autodesk Moldflow technology could forecast and solve the deformation problems during the die development.
