镀银纤维色变机制研究

摘    要:针对实际生产中镀银纤维纺织品易发生原因不明的无规则黑色斑块色变,且普通处理难以复原,影响产品质量的问题,提出镀银纤维色变的主要原因是大气中的硫化氢所致。通过控制镀银纤维色变条件,检测镀银纤维各元素含量变化,观察到色变镀银纤维中含硫量和含氧量增加,得出镀银纤维色变的机制是镀银纤维中的银与硫化氢气体发生反应生成黑色的硫化银,导致镀银纤维变色,空气中的氧气和水加快了镀银纤维色变的反应。文章为镀银纤维纺织品防止色变和色变的镀银纤维颜色复原提供了理论参考。

Abstract:Unexplained irregular black patches were easy to arise in silver-plated fabrics during the actual production,and it was difficult to recover from common treatments,which affected the quality of products.It was found that the main cause of the discoloration of silver-plated fibers was hydrogen sulfide in the atmosphere.The increase of sulfur content and oxygen content in the discolored silver-plated fiber was recorded by controlling the conditions of silver-plated fiber discoloration and detecting the change of the content of each element of the silver-plated fiber.The black silver sulfide,which causes discoloration of silver-plated fibers,was due to the reaction of silver in the silver-plated fiber and hydrogen sulfide gas.Furthermore,oxygen and water in the air accelerated the color-changing reaction of silver-plated fibers.It provided a theoretical reference on the color restoration and the prevention of the discoloration of silver-plated fibers.
