摘    要:对于主棱线圆角半径为2.5 mm且圆角两侧曲面夹角较小的汽车后门外板,采用传统冲压工艺时,后门外板B柱区域会产生严重的起皱缺陷,无法满足外观质量要求;通过数值模拟,对零件成形过程和缺陷区域的应力状态进行分析,阐明了缺陷产生的原因,并提出优化工艺方案,消除了零件成形时的缺陷;经生产验证,该工艺可有效解决后门外板B柱区域的起皱现象,为解决类似零件的冲压缺陷提供参考。

Abstract:For the rear door outer panel with a main ridge corner radius of 2.5 mm and a small angle on both sides of the round corner, the serious wrinkling defects were occurred on B-pillar area when adopted traditional stamping process, which couldn’t satisfied the appearance quality requirements. The stress state of the forming process and the defect area were analyzed by using the numerical simulation, and the reasons of the defect were clarified, and an optimized process plan was proposed to eliminate the defect. After production,the process could effectively solve the wrinkling on the area of B-pillar of the rear door outer panel, which provided reference for solving stamping defects of similar parts.
