摘    要:通过介绍蓝光测量系统拍摄的原理,结合冲压检具、现场环境等因素分析蓝光测量系统在测量冲压件过程中存在的问题,并模拟故障发生时的条件,总结蓝光测量系统在冲压件测量过程中发生故障的原因及解决措施。

Abstract:The theory of blue light measurement system was presented, and the problems existing in the measuring process by using the blue light measuring system were analyzed combined with stamping gauge and site condition. By simulating the conditions when the fault occurs, the fault causes and the solutions in measuring process of parts were summarized.
