含砷氰化尾渣的固砷试验研究

摘    要:将含砷氰化尾渣经过破氰处理后,再进行固砷。考察了硫酸亚铁用量、反应时间及矿浆初始pH对固砷效果的影响。结果表明,较优的固砷条件为:每吨尾渣硫酸亚铁用量110kg、反应时间2h、矿浆初始pH=10。在此条件下,对得到的固砷渣进行了浸出毒性试验,浸出液中总砷含量0.32mg/L,小于2.5mg/L的控制限值,可进入尾矿库处置。

Abstract:Cyanide tailings were treated with decyanation and then arsenic fixation experiments were conducted. Effects of ferric sulfate dosage, reaction time and initial pH value of slurry on arsenic fixation were investigated. The results show that the optimum arsenic fixation conditions include ferrous sulfate dosage of 110 kg/t, reaction time of two hours, and initial pH value of slurry of 12. Leaching toxicity test of solid arsenic slag obtained under these conditions is carried out. The results show that arsenic content in leaching solution is 0.32 mg/L and can be disposed in tailings pond.
