| 摘 要： | 以某车型前门外板为例,说明夹料翻边在前门外板窗框区域的应用,翻边模增加夹料翻边结构后,通过控制翻边过程中的翻边力大小控制窗框区域的回弹,以提高零件成形质量及包边总成质量。

| Abstract: | Taking a front door outer panel as an example, the application of clamping and flanging in the window frame area was illustrated. After increasing a clamping and flanging structure in the flanging die, the springback of the window frame area was controlled by controlling the flanging force during the flanging process. It could improve the forming quality of parts and the edge assembly. |
